1. Nothing illegal
Content that is illegal where you are. decuff serves the request, not your local police; the floor is illegality, not discomfort.
2. Sexual content involving minors: zero tolerance
No exceptions and no warnings. One strike: the key is revoked and there is no refund. A safety check reviews flagged requests before blocking them, so ordinary adult roleplay runs untouched. This includes fictional and roleplay characters presented as minors; a stated age of 18 or older governs. This is the one absolute.
3. Severe harms
Sexual content involving animals, and content intended to depict harm to real people, including minors. Exploitation, non-consensual abuse and harassment of real people.
Everything else
Fiction, dark themes, adult content, roleplay, blunt questions, weird prompts: allowed by design. The models are abliterated — refusal was removed from the weights — and the walls on this page are the whole list. Report violations to abuse@decuff.ai.
This page is the canonical statement. The terms of service incorporate it, and a classifier enforces it at runtime: GET /v1/policy on the API shows the live state.
